摘要
用液态氧化法对超高分子量聚乙烯纤维进行了表面处理 ,并对其表面形貌进行了SEM观察 ,采用真空浸渍法 ,成功制备出超高分子量聚乙烯纤维增强PMMA复合材料。详细阐述了纤维表面处理对复合材料弯曲 。
UHMWPE fibers were treated by chemical etching method in order to improve interfacial adhesion between fibers and matrix,and the surface configuration of the fibers was observed by SEM A UHMWPE/PMMA composite was successfully prepared using the vacuum impregnation technology It was detailedly illuminated how the surface treatment of the fibers influenced the bending and impacting properties of the composite
