十六大对“创造社会财富”作了一系列论述,提出“让一切创造社会财富的源泉充分涌流”。实质上,发展生产力,“全面建设小康社会”,就要大幅增加财富,这应成为我国经济建设的现实目标。为此,必须建立良好的创业机制,最广泛最充分地调动一切积极因素。其前提是树立与社会主义初级阶段相适应的思想观念,对于价值、劳动、阶级、剥削、合法的非劳动收入等一系列理论问题要进行创新,确立中国特色社会主义财富论。

create wealth of society'was expounded in the report of the16th Nation Congress of the CPC many times,propose'let all the source of creating wealth of society shove fully'.In fact,should increase the wealth by a wide margin soon so as to develop the productivity and'build the well-to-do society all-sidedly'.Moreover,this should become the realistic goal of e-conomic construction in our country.For this reason,we must build good insurance mechanism and arouse all positive factors most fully.However,its prerequisite is establishing the concept that is suitable for in primary stage of socialism,carrying on in-novation on the series of theoretical questions on the value,work,class,exploiting,etc.,establishing the wealth theory of the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
