非公经济发展的决策,是我党“与时俱进”、开拓创新的重要成果。第一,重新认识社会主义本质,解放和发展生产力,就需要发展非公经济;第二,发展了劳动和劳动价值理论,肯定非公企业人士的劳动也在创造财富;第三,确立了新的政治评判标准,允许非公企业的先进分子入党;第四,进一步发展非公经济,需要继续坚持“与时俱进”,革除影响发展的规定和体制。

The development of non-public ownership economy is an outstanding achievement of advancing with the times and pathfinding innovation of our Party.Firstly,having recognized the nature of socialism,emancipated and develop the labor force.We call for the development of non-public ownership economy.Secondly,our Party furthered the theory of labor and labor val-ue,asserted that the workers in non-public ownership enterprise also create value.Thirdly,set the new criteria of political e-valuation,access the advanced members in it to join the Commanist Party.Fourthly,to further the development of non-public ownership economy,we should insist on'advancing with the time s'theory,break through the unsuitable instimtion and systerm.
