三叉神经病的CT/MRI评估与手术

CT/MRI ASSESSMENT OF TRIGEMINAL NEUROPATHY AND SURGICAL TREATMENT

目的 ①归纳三叉神经 (第V颅神经 )病的临床表现 ;②建立一种对第V颅神经病有效的检查方法 ;③通过第V颅神经的节段性解剖建立一种鉴别诊断并采用相应的手术治疗。方法 对 1 50例可疑三叉神经病者作CT/MRI评估 ,采用规范式的CT/MRI检查。结果 1 50例中发现有病变者 97例 ,这表明第V颅神经的临床定位诊断非常不准确。结论 对有第V颅神经病者应考虑根据我们所拟定的方法进行MRI评估。

objective ① to describe the clinical presentations in patients with trigeminal neuropathy; ② to establish an effective examination method for patients with trigeminal neuropathy; ③ to define the differential diagnosis of lesions at different localizations in trigeminal neuropathy by segmental anatomy and to select the proper surgical treatment individually. Methods From January 1986 to January 2002,150 cases suspected trigeminal neuropathy were studied by CT/MRI. CT/MRI imaging were adopted as the routine examination. Results 97 out of 150 cases were found having causative lesions resulted to trigminalneuropathy.The clinical features were not correlated well with the location of the lesions. Conclusion All patients with trigeminal nerve symptoms should undergo MRI to detect causative lesions .
