实验采用考马斯亮蓝G - 2 5 0比色法和茚三酮比色法分别测定恩施产豆腐柴可溶性蛋白质和总氨基酸的含量 ,结果表明 :豆腐柴叶中蛋白质含量为 115 μg/g ,氨基酸含量为 62 8.3
The experiment determines the content of salt protein and total Amino acid in premna leaves from Enshi city Hubei province by Coomassie delermines the brillant blue G250 and Ninhydrin of colorimetric method. The result is follows: protein content is 115?μg/g in promna leaves, Amino acid content is 628.34?μg /g in its leaves.
