摘要
酒店业是高校酒店管理专业的目标市场,酒店管理专业培养的学生却不尽适合市场需求,因而,办学者应反思其办学模式,改革办学模式,寻求与市场需求接轨的方法。市场化是高职院校酒店管理专业与酒店业需求接轨的有效方法。本文阐述了高职院校酒店管理专业办学市场化的含义、市场化的必要性、可行性以及市场化的途径,希望能为高职院校酒店管理专业办学提供可取的建议。
Hotel-keeping is the goal market of hotel management major in colleges. Yet the students, cultivated in the institutions, can't meet the request of the market sufficiently . So the educator should consider the college-running style and seek a way to meet the request of the market. Marketization is the way to solve the problem. This article illustrates the meaning , the possibility, and the way of marketization.
