在21世纪,图书馆的功能由传统的载体服务逐步转向信息服务,馆藏数字化、信息服务电子化、网络化成为图书馆新的特征。图书馆的主体———图书馆员要在先进的管理机制下,加强学习,增强计算机知识和外语知识,实现信息检索服务的新要求。
In the21st century,the functions of library have changed greatly,the traditional carrier service has been displaced by information service.Stock digitization,information electronization and network have become the new characteristics of library.Librarians,the main body of library,are supposed to intensify their study,enhance the knowledge of computer and foreign Languages under the advanced management mechanism,so that thay can fit in with the new requirements of information retrieval service.
