The leading Cadres of Our party Must Keep High Standards of Ideological and Ethical Construction ——My personal understanding of the Report on the 16^(th) CPC Congress

建立适应中国特色社会主义的思想道德体系 ,党的各级领导干部的模范作用是十分重要的。因此 ,党的各级领导干部必须牢记和实践“三个代表”思想 ,自觉加强思想道德修养 ,做到自重、自省、自警、自励 ,清正廉洁 ,勤政为民 ,坚持“慎独” ,接受监督 ,才能用良好的道德形象取信于民 。

It’s important for leading cadres at all levels to carry out their exemplary role in the construction of socialist ideological and ethical system with Chinese characteristics.Therefore, leading cadres at all levels must always keep in mind the thought of“Three Guarantees”and practice it ,conscientiously consolidating their ideological and ethical qualities.Leading cadres at all levels should behave with dignity and make self-respect, self- examination, self-warning and self- encouragement,be upright and honest,serve people heart and soul,adhere to the creed of being blameless when alone and also be subjesct to the supervision by the people and the law ,lead the whole nation to the aim of a well-off society
