高校党委领导水平的高低 ,直接决定着高校教育质量的高低。因此 ,高校党委必须理清工作思路 ,把握工作重点 ,狠抓制度落实 ,转变工作作风 ,树立争创意识 ,才能推动高校建设上台阶。

The educational quality of colleges is measured by the leadership of the Party Committee in the colleges .So to promote the college construction,the leaders must think clearly in work ,see through the working points,strengthen the system application, change the working style and have competitive and creative consciousness.
