According to General Secretary Jiang Ze-min's new thoughts on innovation and development of education,this article,closely connecting with the reality of the educational reform and development of Radio and TV University,puts forward four aspects of innovation which should be strongly realized in the reform and development in the Radio and TV University: 1.Innovation of the education concept; 2.Innovation of the pattern of the cultivating of person with ability and that of school-running; 3.Innovation of operating organism and management method; 4.Innovation of teaching contents and teaching means.
