麦粒灸治疗急性期带状疱疹40例疗效观察

Observations on the Curative Effect of Grain-sized Moxibustion on Acute Herpes Zoster 40 Cases

目的 观察麦粒灸治疗急性带状疱疹的疗效。方法 设治疗组 40例和对照组 2 5例 ,分别采用麦粒灸与阿昔洛韦加卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。结果与结论 治疗组总有效率 10 0 % ,痊愈率 77.5 % ;对照组总有效率 92 % ,痊愈率 3 6% ,组间对照两组疗效有明显差异 (P<0 .0 1)。在起效时间上 ,治疗组明显快于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)

Purpose To observe the curative effect of grain sized moxibustion on acute herpes zoster.Method Grain sized moxibustion and aciclovir plus BCG PSN were used for a treatment group of 40 cases and a control group of 25 cases respectively. Results and Conclusion The total effective rate and cure rate were 100% and 77.5% respectively in the treatment group and 92% and 36% respectively in the control group. There was a significant difference in curative effect between the two groups( P <0.01). The effect was significantly quicker in the treatment group than in the control group( P <0.01).
