摘要
目的分析甲低筛查中脐足血相关性,评价脐血代替足血的可靠性。方法采用Finlandlabsystems公司NeonatalhTSHELISA试剂盒和本实验室TSH检测试剂盒两种试剂盒对天津市226例脐足血分别进行三次测定。结果经统计三次测定结果的相关系数r分别为0.176,0.325,0.14,P<0.05。结论脐血不能替代足血进行甲低筛查。
Objective To analyze the relativity between heel blood and umbilical cord blood in n eonatal TSH screening and evaluate the reliability of usin g umbilical cord blood replacing hee l blood.Method We tested 226samples from Tianjin three times with ELISA kit from Finla nd and the kit was produced by our own l aboratory.Result The correlation coefficient was0.176,0.325and 0.14respectively,P<0.05.Conclusion In neonatal TSH screening umbilical cord blood could not replace heel blood.[
