Bleaching Pulpless Discolored Teeth

目的 :研究两种漂白剂对无髓变色牙的漂白效果 ,为临床应用提供参考。方法 :将 85例共 96颗无髓变色牙随机分成A、B两组 ,分别用 30 %过氧化氢溶液和 10 %过氧化脲凝胶进行漂白治疗一个疗程 ,并比较其疗效。结果 :A组良好率为 89.5 8%,B组良好率为 85 .42 %,两组有效率均为 10 0 %,漂白有效率差别没有统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,结论 :两种漂白剂作用效果大致相同 ,采用 30 %过氧化氢溶液和 10 %过氧化脲凝胶进行漂白操作简单 ,效果显著。

Objective:To Study two kinds of bleach to bleach pulpless discolored teeth.Methods:85 patients(with 96 pulpless discolored teeth totally) were divided into two groups as A and B randomly.Two groups were treated with 30% hydrogen peroxide and 10% carbamide peroxide jelly respectively,the curative effects of the two groups were compared with each other.Results:The fine curative effect rates of the two groups were 89.58% and 85.42%.The curative effect rates was all 100%.Two groups had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Two kinds of bleach is mostly same alike in curative effect. Bleaching pulpless discolored teeth with 30% hydrogen peroxide and 10% carbamide peroxide jelly is simple,and the result is good.
