不等厚板的两种焊接工艺及接头塑性变形性能 被引量:1

摘要 采用激光焊和钨极脉冲氩弧焊两种方法焊接不等厚拼焊板,分析焊缝组织形态,并通过拼焊板试件拉伸试验对拼焊板的塑性变形性能进行了分析研究,给出了拼焊板的两种焊接工艺规范参数和机械性能参数,比较了焊缝处于拉伸试样不同位置时拼焊板与母材的拉伸试验结果.结果表明,两种焊接方法均适用于拼焊板焊接,而且通过优化焊缝位置能提高拼焊板的整体塑性变形能力. In this paper the microstructure and the plastic formability of the tailor - welded blanks (TWB) were analyzed using laser welding and pulse TIG welding. Two types of welding processes and mechanical properties of TWBs are presented. The experimental results of tensile test of TWB samples with welding seams at deferent positions are compared with those of the original sheet blanks. The results show that both laser welding and pulse TIG welding can weld TWBs and improve the overall plastic formability of the TWBs by optimizing the position of the welding.
