摘要
在对蒙脱土(Mmt)进行有机化处理,使其变为有机蒙脱土(O-Mmt)的基础上,采用熔融插层法制备了聚乙烯/有机蒙脱土(PE/O-Mmt)复合材料.研究了不同相容剂、工艺对该复合材料体系性能的影响.结果表明:采用马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PEMA)作为相容剂可获得较好插层效果;采用一步共混和二步共混法的复合效果相同.
Alkylammonium ions exchanged with Na+ ions in montmorillonite formed orgnical montmorillonite. Then the PE/O-Mmt composites were synthesized through rnelt intercalation. The effect of different compatibility and processing on preparation and mechanical property of the composites were investigated. The result indicated that excellent intercalation effect can be obtained by using PEMA as compatibility. But PE/PEMA/O - Mmt composites made by one step and two steps of blend hardly had difference in properties.
