摘要
用中低品位铝土矿(A/S为5左右)作为原料,通过纯碱烧结法考查碱比、烧结温度、烧结时间对氧化铝溶出率的影响。实验结果表明:碱比为1.2、烧结温度1100℃、烧结时间40min的烧结条件为一段烧结最佳条件。同时还考查了溶出条件对脱硅的影响作用。
In handling the bauxite of middlelow quality (A/S=5±), this paper studies the effect of alkaliratio, sinteringtemperature and sinteringtime on the yield of Al2O3. The result shows that it is the optimum condition for onestage sintering when alkaliratio is 1.2, sintering temperature 1100℃ and sinteringtime 40 min. The effect of lixiviating conditions on separating out SiO2 is also studied.
