摘要
利用金相显微分析,X衍射分析,测量显微硬度和电子探针分析研究了在固溶处理和时效处理时Fe-Mn-Al(Cr)-C系合金的组织形态,结果表明在1120℃以上温度固溶处理时,合金组织中仍有少量的碳化物(Cr,Mn,Fe)7C3。合金元素在组织中分别起着不同的作用,Cr元素主要参与碳化物的形成,而Al、Mn元素的作用是固溶强化和稳定奥氏体组织和碳化物。
The microstructure of FeMnAl(Cr)C alloy family under solidsolution and aging treatment is studied by means of metallographic tests, XRD, measurements of hardness and TEM. The results show that there is still a small amount of carbonide (Cr、Mn、 Fe)7C3 in the microstructure of the alloy under solidsolution treatment at the temperature of above 1200oC. These alloy elements perform different functions respectively.
