摘要
室内选择性测定结果表明,在中蔬四号等21个供试番茄品种(系)中,美洲斑潜蝇对中杂9号的选择性最强(第一主成份值(-5.56511)最小),对毛粉802长茸毛株的选择性最弱(第一主成份值(4.06129)最大)。为了探索美洲斑潜蝇对番茄的选择机制,对这21个番茄品种的叶表面物理性状进行了显微观察和电镜扫描。主成份分析表明,叶表面物理性状特别是表皮毛的长度和密度在美洲斑潜蝇对各品种的选择性方面起主要作用。
The results of indoor selection test showed that among 21 lomato varieties tested, the adults of Liriomyza sativae Blanchard most preferred Zhongza 9 and loathed villose Maofen 802 for feeding and oviposition. The leaf surface of these varieties were observed under microscope and scanning electron microscope, the principal component analysis indicated that the physical features especially the hair length and density on leaf surface are closely related with the selection behavior of L. sativae.
