摘要
在分析富士通MB90F540/545系列单片机输入捕获功能的基础上,提出了用变M/T法实现高精度宽动态频率测量的方法,并对测量误差进行了分析,与常用方法相比,大大简化了电路,提高了频率检测的精度与动态性能。
Based on the analysis of the measurement method for pulse frequency,the high precision and wide dynamic range measurement of frequency is realized by variable M/T method and the function of input capture of the single chip MB90F549.And measurement error is analyzed.
