5-羟色胺在银屑病患者皮损中的表达

The expression of 5-hydroxytryptamine in psoriatic lesions

目的 : 探讨 5 羟色胺在银屑病发病机制中的作用。方法 : 用免疫组化SP法检测银屑病患者皮损中 5 羟色胺 (5 HT)的表达。结果 : 进行期银屑病患者皮损处棘细胞 ,汗腺腺细胞 ,皮脂腺细胞 ,毛囊壁细胞浆中 5 HT表达呈中等以上阳性 ,静止期减弱。寻常型和脓疱型无明显差异 ,正常人皮肤为阴性。结论 : 5 HT可能有促进角质形成细胞过度增殖的作用 。

Objective:To explore the role of 5-hydroxytryptamine (5 HT) in the pathogenesis of psoriasis. Method: The expression of 5 HT in the psoriatic lesions was tested by SP immunihistochemical method. Results:In the active psoriatic lesions the expression of 5 HT showed a moderate positive in prickle cells, sebaceous gland cells, eccrine gland cells and the cytoplasm of hair follicle wall, but decreased in the static stage of the disease. The normal skin showed negative. Conclusion :5 HT can promote the proliferation of keratinocytes and is involved in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
