海水中Zn^(2+)(锌离子)和Sr^(2+)(锶离子)对卤虫卵孵化率和幼体变态率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 在实验室条件下,保持28℃恒温及30的盐度不变,在加入螯合剂cephlex-100去除重金属离子后的天然海水中添加不同浓度的Sr2+和Zn2+对卤虫(Anemia saline)进行培育试验。试验结果表明:当海水中Sr2+和Zn2+的浓度分别为40~60μg/L和20~30μg/L时,对卤虫的孵化及其变态发育最为有利。而在海水养殖生产中,由于沿海水域污染,Zn2+的含量往往超标,故应认真检测和控制。 The effects of Zn2+ and Sr in seawater on the hatchability and metamorphosis rate of Artemia saline were studied under the experimental condition. During the experiment the temperature 28℃ and the salinity 30‰ and pH 8 were kept unchanged. The chelating agent cephelex -100 was added in order to get rid of the effects of the background value of ions, then different concentration of ions Zn2+ and Sr2+ were added into the seawater to get the optimum concentration of Zn2+ and Sr2+ for the hatchability and metamorphosis of Artemia saline. The metamorphosis of Artemia saline from instar I to instar X was observed. The results showed that the optimum concentration of Zn2+ and Sr2+ in seawater for the hatchability and metamorphosis of Artemia saline was 20 -30 μg/L and 40 -60 μg/L, respectively.
