摘要
本文对空间环境诱发的雄县红小豆大粒突变后代高世代群体材料的遗传变异进行了分析 ,结果表明 :(1 )对大粒性性状进行定向选择有效 ;(2 )在对大粒性选择的同时 ,其它农艺性状也有所改善 ,并保持相当的遗传变异 ;(3 )不同群体材料其农艺性状之间的相关性也有一定的差异 ,在对百粒重、单株产量等目标性状进行间接选择时 ,应考虑被选择的群体是家系还是单株 ,不同的群体应采用相对应的策略。
Advanced generations of large seed mutant from adzuki bean cv Xiongxianhong induced by space environment was analyzed for genetic variation. The results obtained are as follows.(1) It was effective to select large seed character; (2) while selecting for large seeds, other agronomic characters were improved with quite large genetic variation; (3) differences exist among different populations in correlation among agronomic characters.It is considered that while selecting indirectly for target characters such as 100 seed weight, seed yield per plant etc. different tactics should be taken according to which kind of population, family or single plant,will be selected.
