综合利用对虾(扇贝)育苗池常温育裙带菜苗试验

AN EXPERIMENT OF UNDARIA PINNATIPIDA SPORELING CULTURE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE IN PENAEID SEEDLING REARING TANKS

本试验是利用对虾(扇贝)育苗池进行室内常温培育裙带菜苗。试验证明,育苗数量完全可以达到生产上的要求,这样既可充分提高对虾(扇贝)育苗池的利用率,又可解决裙带菜苗源不足的问题,促进裙带菜养殖事业的发展。

The purpose of the experiment was to cultivate the seedlings of Undaria pinnatifida(Harv.) Suringar in scallop and prawn seedling rearing tanks at room temperature and to solve the problem of the shortage of seedlings of U. pinnatifisa.The results showed that in any coast area where the temperature of sea water is below 29℃ in summer time. the gametophytes of U. pinnatifisa can be cultivated a scallop and prawn seedling rearing tanks successfully, survived in summer, time and meet the needs in production. By using the method, we can not only make full use of the scallop and prawn seedling rearing tanks but also make up for the shortage of U. pinnatifida. This is a good way for the cultivation of U. pinnaiifida, for the development of foreign-oriented economy and for making more profit in the world market.
