On the Process and Condition of the Development of Speciality in Higher Vocational Education

专业开发是高职高专教育可持续发展的需要,完善专业开发理论,系统指导、准确评价专业开发十分必要。专业开发的条件、评价方法、评价标准、评价模型必须体现高职高专教育的特点,应加大社会评价力度,坚持适需性、先导性原则,建立适应高职高专教育特点的初步评价模型和合格评价模型。

The development of speciality is the needs of the sustainable development of higher vocational education.So it is very necessary to establish and perfect its theory.Its condition,evaluation methods,education standard and evaluation pattern should show the characteristics of higher vocational education,we should enhance the social evaluation,insist on the principle of suit and guide,establish the elementary evaluation pattern and qualified pattern which meet the characteristics of higher vocational education.
