从区域研究的角度分析台、闽人才资源及经济发展的现状,可以看出,人才资源开发是促进台湾经济高速发展的关键因素。因此,借鉴台湾人才资源开发的经验,采取积极吸引人才回归,加强闽、台人才开发的合作等措施,是全面开发福建省人才资源的重要途径。

We can learn that the development of human resource is the key factor to promote the rapid development of economy in Taiwan based on analysing the current situation of human resource and economic development in Taiwan and Fujian from the angle of regional research.So it is the important path for the whole development of human resource in Fujian province to draw on the experiences of the development of human resource in Taiwan,adopt some measures positively,such as attracting talents go back home,strengthening the cooperation of the development of talents between Fujian and Taiwan,etc.
