摘要
离子交换树脂失效后需经再生处理才能恢复其交换能力,树脂再生效果的好坏对运行的经济性有直接影响。通过现场试验研究,建立了一种利用中排再生废液质量分数确定离子交换树脂再生进酸碱量终点的新方法,该方法可降低再生酸碱耗,提高再生后中和池废液pH合格率,实现良好的经济效益和社会效益。通过数学分析,建立了确定最佳中排再生废液质量分数的数学模型,实践证明该模型具有较强的实用性。
Invalid ion exchange resin can recover their capacity only after regeneration. The regeneration efficiency will directly affect the operation economy. By means of experiments in site, a new scheme is established to determine the volume of the regenerant by controlling the concentration of the intermediate discharge. This technology not only declines the specific consumption of regenerant, but also improves pH eligibility in neutralization pool. Thus good economic and social benefits have been achieved. On the base of mathematic analysis, we establish mathematic model for confirming optimal concentration of the intermediate. The model has been proved to be valid.
