摘要
目的 :分离并测定食品中异黄酮各组分含量 ,建立快速、有效的分离、检测异黄酮含量方法。方法 :利用高效液相色谱技术 (HPLC)。结果 :异黄酮的最佳提取时间是 2~ 3h温度、流动相及其比例对异黄酮的分离有较大影响。与检测的总大豆异黄酮百分比含量相比 ,5种豆制品异黄酮含量不同。异黄酮的平均回收率为 98.15 % ,精密度为 0 .5 44%。结论 :HPLC法能简便 ,快速地测定食品中大豆异黄酮各个组份的含量。
Objective:To establish a method for using HPLC to quantities soy isoflavonoids in foods.Methods:Isoflavones were subjected to direct HPLC analysis after extraction from foods with method. Results:The most suitabale extracting time shoud be 2h~3h,selecting good conditions of HPLC be key step,such as selecting mobile phase and its consisted.The detecting temperature have little efection to analysis.In some concentrations varity,with standards daidzein genistein as comparison we detecting total isoflavone percent concentrations. The mean analytical recovery is 98.15%,the relative standard deviation is 0.544% .Conclusion:It is a exact ?fasted method in detecting isoflavones in foods.
