摘要
目的 :探讨抗疮灵的抗炎作用。方法 :试验设空白对照组药物大、中、小剂量组和阳性对照组共 5组 ,每组 12只小白鼠。实验组小白鼠灌胃每千克体重给予抗疮灵大、中、小剂量分别为 7.0g/d、3.5g/d、1.75g/d。空白对照组给予等体积的生理盐水 (5 2g/d )。阳性对照组给予皮肤病血毒丸 1.4 4g/d。给药 1h后进行小鼠足跖蛋清致炎试验以及二甲苯腹腔致炎 ,四唑盐比色测定白细胞介素 - 4。结果 :抗疮灵大、中、小剂量组对小白鼠炎症均有效 ,尤其大、中剂量疗效更佳。结论
Abstact Objective:To investigate the effect of antiinflamation of antisorelin.Methods:Sixty mouses were randomly divided into five groups:maximal doses﹙7.0g/kg﹚,moderate does﹙3.0g/kg﹚,minimal does ﹙1.75g/kg﹚,blank control group ﹙nomarl saline0.4ml/kg﹚,positive control group﹙skin hematoxin pills 1.44g/kg﹚.The medicines were perfused into stomach twice every day .After phlogogenic of the allumin and dimethy laniline,The mouses were detemined the volume of foot and the concenteaton of Il-4 by MTT colorimetric method.Results:The volume of foot and the concentration of Il-4 more obviously decreased than that in control .﹙p<0.01﹚.Conclusion:The antisorelin have the obviously role of antiinflamation.
