Common Nerve Injury of Upper Limbs of Soldiers and Its Treatment

目的 了解战士上肢神经损伤的特点 ,探讨治疗对策。方法 对 4 8例上肢神经损伤的战士进行病情分析和治疗总结。结果 战士上肢神经损伤以慢性卡压伤为主 ,早期确定诊断治疗 ,优良率可达 94 .4 %。结论 战士上肢神经损伤治疗前应行病情总体评估 ,根据评估结果制订详细和完整的治疗康复计划 ,只要有的放矢的进行治疗 。

Objective To realize the charactrisic of nerve injury of upper limbs of soldiers and to discuss the method of treatment.Methods 48 soldiers with nerve injury of upper limb were analyzed,and the treaments of them concluded.Results That upper limbs were pressed and pinned down was the main cause of nerve injury.The good efficiency would be up to 94.4%,if diagnosis made and treatment administered early.Conclusion It is suggested that the nerve injury of upper limb be evaluated totally before it is treated,and that the careful program of treatment be made out on the basis of this.Satisfactory functional recovery can be reached so far as the treatment is given correctly.
