摘要
讨论了我国中小型电动机出厂检验、现场使用、维护修理的现状 ,指出了现行的国家标准中有关检查试验难以实现的原因 ,提出了研制“三相异步电动机电磁参数智能测试分析装置”的必要性和重要性。讨论了控制与数据采集环节的硬、软件的实现。对系统经过了动态、静态模拟实验 ,并在现场实际运行 ,证明系统稳定可靠、测试数据准确、分析结论正确。
This paper discuss principally the situation of checkout , using in site and maintainance in the meantime in China, and point out that GB (National Standard of China) in actual existence is difficult to realize on the check-up experiment .The importance and necessity ,developing a smart test device of tri-phase induction motor on the electromagnetic parameters, were put forward in this article. After introduced the main project of technology shortly, it is discussed stressly that the hardware and the software of the device was designed on control and data sampling .The device was tested in dynamic and static experiment ,and put into operation in the field ,which is proved that the device is dependable and stable.
