西藏高原进驻者皮肤病流行病学调查研究

An epidemiological study on dermatose-is in the garrison of Tibet

目的 :研究西藏高原进驻者皮肤病流行病学特点。方法 :由皮肤科医师按照统一调查方案对西藏高原与成都平原居住 1年以上的某部官兵进行皮肤病普查 ,并对其可能的影响因素进行分析。结果 :与成都平原进驻者比较 ,西藏高原进驻者皮肤病患病率显著增加 ,为 51 67% ,p=0 0 5。共发现 61个病种 ,其中寻常痤疮、多形性日光疹、脂溢性皮炎 (含皮脂溢出 )是最常见的病种 ,共 74例 ,占全部患者的 48 4%。随着进驻者年龄的增长和居住时间的延长 ,寻常痤疮的患病率有所下降 ,p <0 0 5。结论 :西藏高原进驻者皮肤病谱有所不同 ,多形性日光疹的患病率显著增高。寻常痤疮、多形性日光疹、脂溢性皮炎 (含皮脂溢出 )

Objective: To study the epidemiological characteristics of dermatose is in the garrison of Tibet. Methods: The subjects garrisoning Tibet for over 1 year were examined according to the dermatosis investigation program and the men garrisoning Chengdu for over 1 year were chosen as controls. All the possible inducing factors of dermatoses were investigated. Results: The incidence rate of dermatosis in Tibet garrison was much higher than that in Chengdu garrison. We found altogether 61 kinds of dermatoses, in which acne vulgaris, polymorphous light eruption and seborrheic dermatitis (including seborrhea) were common, accounting for 48 4% (74 cases). As the garrisons age and residence time increasing, the dermatoses in Tibet were different from that in Chengdu. The incidence rate of polymorphous light eruption increased significantly. Acne vulgaris, polymorphous light eruption, seborrheic dermatitis (including seborrhea) are the most common dematoses.
