摘要 通过Lemple-Ziv复杂度算法分析原理 ,找到脑电图和麻醉深度的一种量化关系 ,应用计算机技术进行麻醉深度监测系统的架构研究 ,监测病人的脑电图 ,计算病人脑电图的复杂度 ,了解其麻醉深度。这种方法算法简单 ,适合计算机实时处理 。 Objective:To find out the quantization relationship between the pattern of brain activity and depth of anesthesia by Lemple-Ziv complexity analysis Methods:Computer was used to monitor patient's EEG and calculate its complexity according to Lemple-Ziv complexity analysis so as to measure the depth of anesthesia Results:Compared with traditional methods of anesthesia-depth-monitoring,this system had such advantages as:real time management of signal,simple and accurate Conclusion:Computer-monitoring of anesthesia depth on the basis of Lemple-Ziv complexity analysis is a choice method in clinic Further study on the factors affecting patient's EEG must make some contributions to the monitoring of anesthesia depth
