对建筑工程承包商的施工效率损失索赔进行定量分析 ,列举了费用比较方法、模糊估测模型和学习曲线方法等 ,同时将人工神经网络模型引入到该项索赔分析中来 。

The main aim of this paper is quantitative analysis about claims of the contractors' efficiency loss in construction .It gives some methods of cost comparison, fuzzy estimate model, learning curve method, and also leads into artificial neural network model, and tries to obtain an acceptable result to employers and contractors.
