摘要
针对两级式功率因数校正电路中电路结构复杂、元器件多、效率较低、成本较高的问题 ,提出了基于全桥结构的零电流开关单级功率因数校正电路 ,可在实现功率因数校正的同时 ,实现AC/DC功率变换 ,并对电路中开关管的选择及其驱动问题进行了分析 ,给出了一种适合该电路要求的驱动电路 .
A novel single stage power factor correction (PFC) circuit with full bridge structure is proposed for the application in middle or high power condition to perform the power factor correction and the AC/AC power conversion at the same time. Such problems with a dual-stage PFC circuit as complex circuit structure, too many components, low efficiency and high cost are solved. How to choose the switch and its driving is discussed. The advantages of the proposed circuit have been verified by theoretical analysis and experiments.
