摘要
对内螺纹管拉拔过程中内凸筋成形机理和形状畸变机理进行了进一步研究 ,提出了倒锥形芯棒拉拔内螺纹管工艺 ,并且对芯棒倒锥角和芯棒长度对凸筋高度、畸变程度以及拉拔力的影响规律进行了实验研究 .研究结果表明 ,随着芯棒倒锥角的增大 ,凸筋两侧的形状畸变减小 ;芯棒长度增加 ,内凸筋受力侧壁与芯棒沟槽侧壁的接触面积增加 。
The radial filling of metal into the grooves to form ribs is analysed, and the deformation of rib on both sides during drawing rifled tubes, and a new method is proposed to reduce the distortion with a reversed cone plug of constant thread interval. The effect of the plug's reversed cone angle and length on rib height, distortion degree and drawing load was studied through experiments and the experimental results show that the distortion of both sides of the rib reduce with the increase of the reversed cone angle and the increase of the length of the plug.
