On the Innovation of Advanced Vocational Education in the Knowledge Economy Society

知识经济时代需要大量的创新型人才。高职教育必须提高思想认识,构建合格的“双师型”教师队伍,改革教学方法手段和内容,实行开放式办学,转变教育体制,实现教育观念、师资队伍建设、教育体制、教学方法手段和内容以及办学方式的创新,以迎接知识经济的挑战,培养合格的创新型高职人才,保持高职教育自身的活力得以生存与发展。

A lot of innovative talents are needed in the knowledge economy society. In order to meet the challenge of knowledge economy, old education conception should be changed, meanwhile, teachers should improve themselves and become 'double - teacher- type' teacher. New way of running schools, education system , teaching device and content should be used too. The way of running schools is open . The education system should be changed . The advanced vocational education must train qualities of qualitied and innovative talents while it must keep its superiority and make it survive and develop.
