摘要
该文从Collins公式出发,对平顶高斯光束的传输特性进行了研究,推导出了其通过ABCD光学系统的解析传输公式,并且给出了计算例子.研究表明:N阶平顶高斯光束通过ABCD光学系统后的传输可以表示为N个合流超几何函数(库默尔函数)的叠加.
The propagation property of flattened-Gaussian beam is studied and a close-form equation for flattened-Gaussian beam derived. It is shown that the close-form expression for the flattened-Gaussian beam of order N can be written as a function of the confluent hypergeometric function,namely the Kummer function.The result is illustrated with numerical examples.
