研究了振筒式数字气压传感器的工作原理并进行了程序设计。在程序设计中采用了二元函数分段抛物线插值修正非线性和线性插值修正温度误差的 方法,这在数字式传感器的研制中有较普遍的意义。

This paper deals with the operation prinicipls, characteristics, circuit designs, and program designs of vibration tube digit barometer. Especialy, the algorithens of linearity correction by means of parabolic interpolation and the algorithens of linearity correction of the temperature errors in the program design are of univesal significance in the development of general digit sensors.
