草酰胺桥联的双核铜配合物的合成,晶体结构及DNA切割研究 被引量:2

摘要 合成了一种新型的 N,N′-双 (3 -氨丙基 )草酰胺 (oxpn)桥联的 2 -氨基吡啶 (AP)双核铜配合物 ,[Cu2(AP) 2 (μ2 -oxpn) ](Cl O4 ) 2 ·H2 O,并通过 X-射线衍射测得其晶体结构 .晶体属单斜晶系 ,空间群为 P2 (1 ) /c,晶胞参数 a=0 .883 7(2 ) nm,b=3 .8973 (1 1 ) nm,c=0 .80 99(2 ) nm,β=1 0 1 .1 0 5 (6)°,V=2 .73 73 (1 3 ) nm3,Dx=1 .772 g/cm2 ,Z=4,F(0 0 0 ) =1 488.对配合物进行了光谱性质的测定以及切割 DNA实验研究 . A new N,N′-bis(3-aminopropyl)oxamide (oxpn) bridged binuclear Cu(Ⅱ) complex, [Cu_2(AP)_2(μ_2-oxpn)](ClO_4)_2·H_2O, where AP=2-aminopyridine, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray single crystal analysis. Crystal data: a =0.8837(2)nm, b = 3.8973(11)nm, c =0.8099(2)nm, β =101.105(6)°, V =2.7373(13)nm 3, D_x =1.772g/cm 3, Z =4, F (000)=1488.
