摘要
在 AC发泡剂中添加纳米氧化锌 ,研究了纳米氧化锌对 AC发泡剂分解的促进作用及在PVC糊和 PP发泡中的应用 .结果表明 ,在 AC发泡剂中添加纳米氧化锌的样品 ,其初始分解温度明显低于未添加纳米氧化锌的 AC发泡剂 .添加纳米氧化锌的 AC发泡剂 ,其分解速度明显高于未添加纳米氧化锌和添加微米氧化锌的样品 .在 PVC糊和 PP发泡中 ,添加纳米氧化锌的样品 ,发泡倍率明显高于未添加纳米氧化锌和添加微米氧化锌的样品 .
By adding nano-ZnO particles into azodicarbamide(AC ) , which is a foaming agent of plastics, the stimulative effects of nano-ZnO on decompositio n of AC foaming agent,and the application of PVC plastisol and PP were studied.The resul ts show that initial decomposition temperature of the AC foaming agent sample with nano-ZnO pacticles was much lower than that of the sample without nano-ZnO paciticles, Duing the a pplication, the foaming multiple and rate of the samles wich nano-ZnO particles or remacka bly highec thighec those of the samples without nano-ZnO pacticles or only with mic ron-ZnO pacticles.
