利用 RAPD技术 ,通过对 6 0个随机引物的筛选 ,获得能区分粤椒 4号及其亲本的引物 OPS- 0 1。

Primer OPS 01 which can distinguish F 1 hybrid of Yue jiao,and their parents was screened from 60 random primers by RAPD method.Its ability to test F 1 variety purity was proved by single plant test.
