摘要
以大豆种子为材料 ,用不同浓度的阿斯匹林水溶液在室温下 (2 0± 1℃ )浸种 2 4 h,测定浸种后大豆种子萌发过程中的各项生理生化指标以及萌发后的各形态指标。实验结果表明 :采用阿斯匹林水溶液浸种能有效地提高大豆种子的发芽率和活力指数 ,还能促进大豆根系的生长 ,并且使活性氧清除酶的活性有所提高。蛋白质含量以及氨基酸总量都有一定程度的提高 ,其中以 6 2 .5 mg/L 的阿斯匹林处理后的效果最为显著。阿斯匹林浸种还能使大豆萌芽的外渗电导率显著降低 ,提高大豆萌芽的含水量 ,其最佳的作用浓度是 5 0 mg/L。
Use soybean seeds,soak them in the different consistency solution of Aspirin(Asp) under the room temperature(20±1℃) and treat them 24 hours respectively.During germinating of the soybean soaked seeds,determine every physiological index,biochemical index after germination.The result of experiments show that seeds soaked with Asp can accelerate germination index of soybean seeds and promote develop root offspring. Among of them 62.5mg/L of Asp is more remarkable.In addition it can promote the activity of protective enzymes,and increase the amounts of protein and amino acids.Seeds soaked with 50mg/L of Asp can decrease the rate of conductivity,but increase water content.
