人力资本作为资本的重要组成部分,在经济发展中起着越来越重要的作用。 本文在对人力资本涵义及其特征分析基础上,初步探讨了人力资本的定价方法。

Human capital as an important capital plays more and more important role in the economic development. On the basis of analyzing connotation of human capital and its characteristics, the article approaches the method of setting price, points out the problem of human capital management and puts forward some strategies on human capital management.
