On Organizational System of Chain Commercial Enterprises

连锁经营在我国已经受到普遍重视和认同,但现实中取得成功的连锁商贸企业却很少,特别是在连锁商贸企业组织系统的设置方面问题还很多,本文正是从此出发,对连锁商贸企业的组织设计、类型比较和系统分析进行了一定程度的研究,为连锁经营的成功应用提供一些参考。

Chain management has been valued and recognized in our country. However, very few chain commercial enterprises are successful in the business world. There existlot of the problems, especially the setup of organizational system of chain commercial enterprises, to some extent, this paper makes researches on the organizational design of chain commercial enterprises, type comparison and systematic analysis. In this way it offers some reference to the successful application of chain management.
