摘要
在强调提高研究生培养质量的实践中,我们通过观察调查发现,研究生与导师之间的沟通是否得当,直接影响到研究生的成才与否。从管理组织的原理来看,研究生与导师是一个紧密结合的共同体组织,只有加强双方相互反馈的沟通,才能促使这一组织实现目标,把研究生培养为优秀人才。
From the practice in emphasizing the improvement of the quality of postgraduate training, on the basis of observation and investigation, we discover that the proper communication between postgraduates and tutors will directly influence on whether we can educate a successful postgraduate. In terms of the organizational principle of management, postgraduates and tutors are a closely united team. Only if the mutual feedback communication is strengthened, we can enable the team to realize its goal and educate the successful postgraduates.
