摘要
在系统可编程模拟器件是近期出现的新型可编程模拟器件 ,它的问世将在系统可编程技术的应用由数字电路领域拓展至模拟电路领域。介绍了在系统可编程模拟器件的结构特点和工作原理 ,并利用 isp-PAC1 0设计出智能雷探测系统的预处理电路。仿真结果表明 ,采用 isp PAC1 0设计的预处理电路频率特性比较理想 ,系统的稳定性与可靠性高。 isp PAC还可反复编程 ,电路修改方便。
In system programmability Programmable Analog Circuit(ispPAC)is one of the newest programmable analog device.Its emergence widens applicable range of isp technique from digital circuit to analog circuit.In this paper the structure characteristics and principles of ispPAC are reviewed,and one type of intelligent mine preprocessing circuit is designed by using ispPAC10.Simulation results show that the frequency characteristic,stability and reliability of the system are fine.Moreover,in system prorammability allows for easy programming and re programming of circuit parameters.
