摘要 建立了防护工程综合防护效能评价指标体系。根据目标破坏函数与武器效应参数之间的函数关系 ,计算工程结构各个部位或各种设备的破坏或损伤概率 ,运用模糊数学的方法 ,构造客观隶属函数并进行向量单值化 ,将计算出来属于轻微或中等、严重破坏的破坏概率合成进行比较的指标 ,可推广到其他效能 (伪装效能、防震效能、防电磁脉冲效能和防化效能 )指标的合成与计算。 The evaluation index system of protection engineering comprehensive protection ability is established. According to the relationship between the target destructive function and weapon effects parameter, the probability of aim destroyed is calculated about the parts of engineering structure of facilities. Using fuzzy mathematics methods, objective subordinate degree function is constructed and vectors is unified, then the probability of aim destroyed with slight, moderate and severe destruction is synthesized into an index which is comparable with each other. This method could be popularized synthesizing and calculating the other ability index (camouflage ability, anti shocking ability, anti EMP ability and anti NBC ability). The example of calculation of resistance ability is employed as an illustration.
