The Synthesis of 3-Heterocyclo-Substituted Schiff Base (Ⅰ)

报道3-甲酰基色酮(1)与3-芳基-4-氨基-5-硫酮-1,2,4-三唑(2a～2f)在p-TsOH催化下合成得到含杂 环色酮的Schiff碱,进而发生类Mannich反应.所有化合物的结构均经IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析确证.并对 典型化合物的MS谱进行了诠释.

A series of 3-(3'-alkyl-5'-thione-1',2',4'-triazole-4'-yl) methyleniminochromones have been prepared by reaction with 3-alkyl-4-amino-5-thione-1,2,4-triazole in the presence of p-TsOH. The Mannich reaction starting from the compound 3a has been researched. The structures of the compounds were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR spectra, MS and elemental analyses. The MS spectra of compound 4a has been explained.
