摘要
研究了原子吸收法测定条件,并用火焰原子吸收法、火焰发射法、石墨炉原子吸收法测定了新疆不同地 区桑叶中10种微量元素的含量.用国家标准物质茶树叶GBW08501验证了该法的准确度,测定值与标准植基本 吻合.方法简便、准确、可靠.
To study trace elements in mulberry leaves of Xinjiang,the method is established for determining of trace elements in mulberry leaves of Xinjiang by AAS,such as flame atomic emission spectrometry、flame atomic absorption spectromet、 graphite furnace atomic spectrometry.Ten trace elements are determined in Xinjiang nulberry leaves in different areas. According to standard sample GB08501 tealeves, we check accuracy and precision of the method. The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
