摘要
对喷施不同脱叶剂的棉叶,采用μBondpakC18柱,以MeOH+H2O(55:45,pH=4)为流动相,在244nm波长下,分离并测定了脱落酸的含量.结果证实了喷施不同的脱叶剂后都不同程度上促进了脱落酸的生成.且喷施脱落灵产生的脱落酸含量高于喷施脱落宝产生的脱落酸的含量.
After spraying different defoliants on cotton leaves,with μBondpakC18 Column and methanol-water flowing Phase (VCH3OH:VH2O=55:45) ,in 244nm Wavelength,the ABA is separated, its content being analysed. It is shows that the ABA can be promoted in general after spraying different defoliants,and the content of ABA with Tuoyelin is higher than that of thidiazuron.
